"Went there this afternoon with my partner to have a script filled. We spoke with Kate who was extremely helpful and let us know we were actually missing a particular document from the GP. We got in touch with the GP and had it sent through and Kate was able to sort everything out immediately. Would give 6 stars if it was possible!"
"Completely rude and disrespectful. I rang this morning and the woman on the phone "Kate ", who got super annoyed after I asked about a drug I was looking for and hung up on me. She dismissed my attempts to spell something and said "best of luck" and then hung up on me. Super rude. I rang back and then challenged her for her distinct lack of courtesy and professionalism. And she then said if I didn't like it I could send an email to her which "she would forward." I'd suggest that "Kate" has a limited career ahead of her if she continues to treat paying customers like this."
"Very helpful and friendly staff. Open from 8- 8 Monday - Friday Saturday 8-5 9-5 Sunday. Open most public holidays for a few hours in the morning. Highly recommend for flu and Covid vaccines. Ramsey pharmacy also offers health checks such as blood pressure, weight and they have a huge variety of vitamins."
