"It's in a great location, very friendly staff, professional service and has all it needs"
"The staff were extremely professional and courteous. They saw I was in distress and went above and beyond to make me feel safe and understood. I can’t recommend them high enough."
"Visited the Woody Point Pharmacy for my Covid booster. Very attentive staff who put my mind at ease. Thank you for your kind approach and for your great service to our local area."
"Poor service. Visited Monday morning to fill a prescription, but they only had the generic brand. The pharmacist said they could get in the brand I wanted and it would be available lunch time Tuesday. Additionally they said they would contact me when it was available, and took my phone details. No call or text was received by close of business Tuesday. Visited the pharmacy on Wednesday 8:34, when they opened for business. When I requested the return of my script, the assistant found it had been filled yesterday, and offered the following excuse: “they had such a large delivery yesterday it was probably completed late in the day, with no time to contact me”. No apology was received by myself. Unfortunately this pharmacy has a policy of really pushing generic brand prescriptions. Regrettably generic prescriptions are not always the same as the originals as the generic may use lesser quality products and or even substitute cheaper ingredients. 28/07/2022 Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately many recent recorded accounts exist of people successfully using the original prescribed medicines, but have been unable to source it due to restricted supply during COVID. Using the generic so-called equivalent has resulted in an allergic reaction, sometimes worse than the original ailment they were treating. On closer examination of the generic medicines ingredients, it has shown that a cheaper alternative compounds have been used, causing the allergy. The doctor subscribing the drugs to the patient would be aware of this. Pharmacist pushing so called safe generic medicines onto customers for the customer to save a few dollars and for the pharmacy to make more money from the commission sale is very wrong."
"We went in to ask if the pharmacist could register the vaccinations that we received overseas on the AIR. This was a huge favour because it took time and the pharmacy doesn't receive any payment for this service. So thank you for taking the time to do this for us. You could have easily said no, but you didn't. It has helped us out a lot and we really appreciate it."
