"Be prepared to stand in a queue focused on lotto tickets. Products due to expire and no attempt to check if there is stock out the back more up to date, and 30% more expensive scripts. Cant see an upside to shopping here."

"Could one of the staff look up??? Your air conditioning vents are disgusting and this from a business related to health care. Also went in to buy ear buds, off the counter, the older guy on the lotto wouldn’t take the money, had to wait for the lady down the back. So not like it used to be!!"

"If I could give a negative rating, I would! I went in store today to fill A script, Just the one. They asked me if I "was coming back or waiting in store?" As a person extremely sensitive to sound I choose not to wait in store as there are ALWAYS multiple people talking over each other, competing with the over head radio which is TOO LOUD, the constant phone ringing that no-one answers plus the high pitched buzzers they give people that go off without warning... Even with hearing protection in, It's just too much! Not once was it explained to me that if you choose to "come back" then you are not served in the order in which you arrive, rather you are pushed aside and the people in store are prioritised! You would think that of all public places, a chemist would be a little more sensitive to neuro-diverse people and make the environment a little more suitable for everyone. 45 minutes I ended up waiting for my script after twice asking if it was ready. I find this customer service to be very lacking in quality! And the store environment to be a living nightmare! I ended up having to sit in store with ear plugs in, my hands over my ears with my head between my legs just to get served. You are not considered a person in there. More like a number."

"I keep my prescriptions at this pharmacy. I have been a regular customer for over 10 years. I recently went into the pharmacy and arranged with them for my life supporting insulin prescription to be filled. When I came to collect it 6 days later, nothing had been done, putting me in a dire situation with no apology or sign of regret for their mistake. I have completely lost confidence in this dispensary."

They are great when things are going smoothly, but they really go the extra mile to help when things haven't been smooth. I for one am happy they are my local chemist.
