"Absolutely dreadful i do not recommend anybody use them, I dropped my car off at 9am was told to come back at 4:30pm to pick it up, I proceeded to come back at 4:30pm to be told another 30 minutes, that's fine stuff happens and we're all human... fast forward to 6:15pm and I am still sitting waiting for my car after 1 hour and 15 minutes after it was meant to be done with no word on how much longer i will be waiting, so I have now had to organise somebody else to pick my children up from daycare as ARBs stuff around has left me un able to pick them up. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, if you cannot complete a job simply inform the client not leaving them waiting and make them unable to pick there children up"
