"What’s worse than the overpriced stock you can buy for 50% cheaper pretty much anywhere else you go…. Is the rude customer service… not sure if it’s just me or if the staff here have had a huge cut to their pay and are absolutely miserable but every time I come here, every staff member i have spoken to has been so rude to me! One of the younger girls nearly had me in tears because she went off at me for pressing a button on the keyboard for paint to be mixed up, she was screaming at me telling me I’d have to pay for it, and that it’s a couple thousand dollars for the computer to be replaced because I’ve ‘somehow’ broken it.. (she restarted it and it worked again perfectly) (I pressed the arrow down key twice as she had walked away from me without saying anything for over a few minutes and I assumed I had to search for the code myself) Honestly… don’t go here.. don’t waste your time, your money or your dignity (lol) Hire some more mature aged staff… not kids."
