"Got a call from manager Rose to explain some difficulties with my Uber driver and that he wasn’t wanting to deliver it and wanted to wait at the store for another order. Rose was lovely apologised about my order despite it not being her fault. She was very friendly and helpful and said she was going to call Uber about the driver. Food has arrived and is great as always. Thank you Rose for informing me about this driver and being super!"

"Clearly too busy laughing amongst themselves. Closed up early for customers, but would take drive through. Tried to accommodate by walking through drive thru, but Because I don't have 4 tyres on my body. Refused service. Not to mention I heard them all laugh at me with an Audible "oh my god". Get better staff."
"Every time I went there on drive thru to get some whopper meal. After I order one meal they told me to go and wait at the waiting bay. It took more than 10min to prepare my whopper meal. I was on drive thru because I don’t want to wait that why. Now they told to wait, what the point going to drive thru. Need more improvement or a new manager."
"Puts a decent amount of sauce on the burger but I also like old school service. You walk in the door and your already feeling boxed in with multiple touch screens to take your order and then when you look over and see no one communicating with each other. If it's a customer they are staring down at their phone and the staff are just getting people's orders. Efficiency is great here but what happened to staff communication between each other. Can't fault the food, exactly what you expect from all hungry jacks"
