"Its unfortunate that we have not had a good experience with Errand Transport. The admin staff are soooo beautiful and have a great phone manner, but what ever goes on BTS never seems to add up. From the accounts team to drivers there is not very clear communication. Just to list a few issues we have had with a few order: - We have had jobs delivered to the wrong address and we have had to call back and forth between drivers and admin to fix the problem -Jobs cancelled and then charged for them (jobs had been delivered and never cancelled) - We have had to call to STOP a driver who has taken other clients orders which are clearly labeled. - When calling to confirm information about an invoice they don't call back then flag your business as having late invoice paid. We thrive of paying invoice by due day if not same day. - Change there billing system with out any email, contact or updated only when we placed an order (the phone call seems like a dodgy telemarketer) Although Errand fix the issue after finally getting in contact its us (the client and business owners) we are the ones needing to do the work for them to make sure the order is: 1 - Getting delivered & 2 - Not being over charged or incorrectly charged With that said - They are one of the only companies that do same day delivery so if your willing to pay and fit up issues."
