"Paid for the premium service. Was told on the first delayed delivery driver is 1 hour away due to traffic. After not making the second scheduled delivery time I was told another 30 minutes because the driver was 'accidently' directed to another job. If you're time is money and your delivery is important don't use this company. Cost us four trades people waiting around for a delivery. Dissapointed."

Very poor, and unprofessional in their conducting of business. Considering they chased me for my business. Unfortunately I wasn't worth their while. Very disappointing!!!!"
