"The apartment is spacious and nice to live in. However, it does not have a good river view anymore since the student apartment is built. I used to be able to see highrises in CBD from the balcony. The management team was changed a few months ago. The previous manager was nice and easy to approach. The current management is not so good at all. Needed to wait for days to get an email response. Tenants in Centra have definitely changed significantly. Lots of tenants have moved out. New tenants were not as good as previous ones. We used to be following the 'rules', quiet and nice to neighbours. New people moved in and some of them liked inviting friends and partying all night. I never had the problem before during my stay in Centra for years. It was the trigger for me to move out this year. It also took 3 weeks for the manager to inspect the apartment and send report to me after bond cleaning. Quite tiring and frustrating for all of that."
