"The apartments are fine but the agent (JLL as Regatta Riverside) are shocking. At the end of my 3 years of tenancy they issued me several improper notices concerning entry to the apartment, vacancy dates, and breaches of contract. When the issue was raised with the property manager the only thing I received back were threats of issuing vacancy with shorter periods of time. Look for somewhere else."
"Moving in was seamless. Thought there would be drama with the lift arrangements but all was good. Assumed it would be noisier from the Regatta Hotel but really not. Nice place to live been here for 4 months now. Loving being so close to the ferry and train. No need for my car! Sold IT!"

"I lost 10 valuable days waiting for them to approve my application and they never got back to me with an answer as of this date writing this review. They kept giving me deadlines of getting back to me and they never did. They promised me to get back to me 5 times and they never did. When I applied, it was in the morning and the man told me that he will get back to me in the afternoon! and that was the first lie. Ignored many phone calls Rude Difficult to believe Not professional Zero customer care Not transparent I had to pay my Hotel $1000 for a last minute booking just because I believed many of their lies that they will get back to me. My advise, do not rent in this complex if the real estate agents are from JLL. Do not let them fool you. I really feel sorry for properties' owners. They are really losing good clients and customers just because of these amateur agents."
"Hi We recently moved out of a unit in this complex and it is by far the worst moving experience of my life. BEWARE do not rent in this complex and have to deal with the woman manager! The property manager there, named Carole is a liar, and is so difficult to deal with we would never rent anywhere like this again due solely to her. We were in the unit for 2 years, paid monthly rent in advance and never complained about the unit being mouldy and completely water damaged from the place having experienced two floods in two years, yet were treated like dirt when we told her we were leaving. They tried to raise the rent by 20p/w each year and on the second attempt we said that we wouldn't pay the increased rent and that it was not in line with market. We moved out and less than two weeks later, the advertised price for the rental was adjusted back to what we were paying! Glad to be at a great new place for less money! Cheers"
