Got food poisoning 8 hours after eating undercooked chicken from this disgusting place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A TAKEAWAY."
"Waited inline at the drive through for 8 mins, got to the speaker to order and they said they had no original chicken left, then had to wait 10 mins to get through the line just to leave. Would be good to have a sign at the start saying you have no chicken so we don't get in the line in the first place"
"Renovations on at present (mid June) so drive through only. Young staff are usually pretty good. My youngest loves KFC so once or twice a month, sometimes less."
"I have to hand it to these guys. Since covid, staffing is a real problem. I decided to skip the drive thru as it was already snaking through the car park. So I went in to order. Upon entering, the front counter was deserted, I waited a good 3 mins before anyone surfaced. As soon as a human was detected, I was met with a smile and a gracious nod, "I'll be right with you" . In that waiting period, I overheard the team working together to get the food out to drive thru customer, whilst multi-tasking about shift coverage and taking on extra shifts. The struggle is real and I feel for these small businesses right now. Finding staff and finding good staff. When I was served, I was greeted with a smile and you wouldn't know the lad was under pressure. So kudos to the team. Before anyone gives grief to small businesses right now, first acknowledge the staffing issues that most businesses are facing."
"Spent $31:85 0n food only to get it home and find it was inedible. Wicked wings were all tiny with no coating on them, full of oil and could not be eaten, chicken in burger and nuggets were so dry and over cooked we could bite into them, add soggy flavourless chips to the mix and you have a compete meal even a dig wouldn't eat Not to mention the staff spraying cleaner on equipment while food was still in them and a staff member sitting behind the counter eating a wrap This is consistently the most disappointing store I have ever had the misfortune to go to Calling made no difference as phone was diverted to an answering machine This store needs a comprehensive overhaul and retrain of all staff I would rather drive the extra 30 minutes to a kfc that is clean and serves food that can be consumed I will be following up with both head office and the store about this."
