"I'd rate the food, but I never actually received it... I ordered at 6pm, Waited till after 7 to call, I had to call 7 times before someone answered, to be told that "the order left 5 minutes ago" Waited another hour, still nothing so I called again, only to be told "Yeah so we dont know what happened with that one." Asked for the food to be resent, and my money back only to be told they could send it again but wouldn't be able to offer a refund in conjunction. Shocking service, zero care factor. Will never be back, I'd rather pay more to get my order from a reputable and quality pizza Joint like Topped at Albany Creek."

"I had a pick up of Spicy Peppy Paneer pizza. And it did not have any paneer on it which I realised when I got home. I tried calling them many times, they didn’t pick up."

"Ordered 3 pizza's for 47 bucks and got undercooked, base was so thin it stuck to box, limp d i c k looking slices of what could NOT be called pizza on any planet except 'Dominoes World' (sing like a jingle when you read 'Dominoes World'). When I went to the store to pick up, I was seen by the two girls making pizza and one said to the other in my clear ear shot, "you need to go to him” and the other said, “no, I have to make these orders", both proceed to keep talking to other mate who was on a break eating pizza. I stand there and wait for some other bloke to finally address me - who I will admit was pleasant and the reason I am not giving a negative star. When I rang and asked for my money back on the prawn pizza, because it had merged to become the new hybrid Dominoes pizza I didn’t know was available (le premium ‘cardboard box base’ range) I was told that they would remake or I could have an instore credit – wowser, what service. I live 20 mins drive away so was eager to drive back (once i finished air frying the other two pizzas for 25 mins so they were cooked properly) and pick up another world class slice of Sunday night paradise from the big D at Eaton's Hill. I never do reviews but this was next level from 'Dominoes World' - thanks guys."

"Ordered 3 pizza 2 sides and a drink deal an hour ago and was amazed by my experience. I’ve had negative experiences with other dominos in the past, however I decided to give eatons hill a go. I am very glad I did as this was easily the best domino’s I’ve experienced. To begin with, the pizzas were cooked to perfection, lots of toppings and very tasty. Definitely got my value for money. Wesley, my delivery driver arrived very quickly and pizzas were still very warm (tasted like they were fresh out the oven). Customer service was brilliant. I was greeted at the door by very very polite young man. Definitely would recommend. 5 stars."
