"Very disappointed with the customer service from The Nappy Shop. A 6 pack of Ecoriginal nappies which I purchased consistently exploded all over my baby. The response that I recieved was: the nappy must be too small, the nappy must've burst as it reached full capacity, this can happen with any nappy. I have been alternating with Huggies nappies for night sleeps and this never happens with Huggies. This company does not look after its loyal customers. I have been purchasing Ecoriginal wipes from here for a year. I was not offered a refund for the faulty nappies, only for the remainder 2 packs which were left. I will be bringing my business elsewhere."

"Reason for the 2 star is I placed and order received my confirmation email and hadn't received any further correspondence from anyone at the nappy shop. I went back into my confirmation email and clicked the 'view my order' and the entire order has been cancelled. I went back into the shop and re added everything into my cart and it was all still showing as in stock. BAD: No correspondence when the order was cancelled. Just left us in the dark until we researched. No justification for cancelling the order, like I said everything is still showing in stock. GOOD Website is easy to use. Refund was put back into our account straight away. Disappointing in the lack of communication from a company that offers online shopping. I was never contacted via email or phone about my order after the initial order confirmation. I would suggest buy online somewhere else until they fix their issue."
"Really great experience shopping online here. I couldn’t find my usual nappies Eco Originals in size 4 in stock anywhere except here. They were a good price too (not as expensive bulk buying as instore elsewhere). We are going away for 2 months travelling Australia and I left fairly late to order nappies and only had exactly 1 week before we left so was stressed it wouldn’t arrive by the time we left the following Friday because of all the covid delays with Australia Post. I was so impressed they shipped it within 1 day to a courier company and I had it on the second day. Just want to express my gratitude at the super fast shipping and having the nappies I required in stock. A very well run business. Will shop here again."
"Always great service from these guys. They stock the brand of natural nappies I like and have great bulk specials too. My orders are always shipped same day and arrive overnight, interstate. The courier at this end does his job too by leaving the box at the door as requested (no new mumma wants to be dealing with depots or the post office!) Keep up the great nappies and service!"
