"Over priced and under qualified workers! One of the men made me bleed when he was buffing my nails at the start. SNS job was terrible. Bubbles and nail not fully covered or shaped. I complained and they called security on me!! Security guard sided with me and I got a discount. Nail place then demanded my details and say they’re going to take me to vcat! I actually feel sorry for the ladies doing the nails. As soon as I complained the male owners ran out the back and let their staff take the brunt! First and last time I go to this place."

"Came in to get refills. After 1 hour and several attempts to refill I ended up having no choice but to remove all my nails and walk out with NOT what I wanted. I had to ask her to remove all the dried acetone as she was just going to leave it and as you can see in the picture, they couldn’t even do that right. Highly recommend you think again if you even consider going here. Worst experience I have EVER had. Also, if you think of getting a pedicure don’t forget to wear your bathers. Be prepared to be covered in bubbles from your waist down. Honestly ridiculous!"

"Broken nail and multiple other nails cracked SNS less than 24 hours after being done. Reached out for refund as I didn’t have time to drive back to Knox for them to fix the nails. They told me I had 72 hours to come back which I couldn’t do Today and work Monday-Friday so can’t get back during the salon hours and get fixed otherwise nothing they can do. Request for refund was ignored. Would not return. Techs were lovely but run off there feet having to do multiple services at the one time. Update by Sunday night after having nails down on Saturday three nails were broken. Salon claimed I clipped to break them on purpose myself. Disgusting. There is clear cracks in nearly all of my nails 24 hours after having them down but somehow I did that on purpose myself. Waste of money terrible service will have to pay to get my nails redone again somewhere else as salon refuses to accept responsibility for the terrible quality nails."

"Inexperienced nail salon. The two nail tech ladies were lovely and definitely run off their feet, however they seemed very new to being a nail tech. My nails are very thin and borderline breaking after 24 hours. (SNS) The older man who was taking my old set off was very rough, rude and extremely inexperienced. Would not return here again unfortunately. I was also charged $4 extra for length which I have never had to pay extra for my length as they are not extremely long!"
