"I have been going to SNS ringwood but went first time to SNS knox. I got my French nails with them which was great. However, the staff are rude, not welcoming. The girl who did my nails told me to wait 5 min to air dry and then go. I saw other staff putting cuticle oil and giving last gentle massage to everyone. The lady doing nails of client didn’t even look at me. Will never come back and will not recommend this to anyone."
"First time I went here an excellent pedicure, second time it was terrible so today I asked for the same woman from first time. The pedicure was excellent again however the sns manicure was trash (different lady). All nails were unevenly filed and some thicker than others. I had to ask several times for corrections and the woman was so rude. Then at the end each time the owner insisted I pay cash. Overall this place is overpriced for inconsistent results and dodgy I wouldn't recommend."
"During my visit to the Salon for a nail appointment, I encountered some disappointing experiences. The nail technician was frequently having a conversation with another technician in their native language or answering phone calls while working on my nails and browsing photos of food on her mobile device. Additionally, when it was time to pay, the gentleman at the front desk strongly suggested that I pay with cash, which I declined. In hindsight, I regret not having read the reviews beforehand and will not be returning to this establishment."
"Got my SNS nails with tips done with Emma (I hope I got her name right) on Friday night. She was so lovely and did a wonderful job to make sure I was happy with the nail shape. Thank you very much I love my nails! :)"
"AVOID! Don't go here! Rude, obnoxious, offensive, unreasonable man works at the front. The girl applied the wrong SNS colour number - would not admit nor fix their error. They tried to cover up with lies. Their nail art is also really terrible and lacking any skill too. Please read all the negative reviews first, as they are 100% true. Wish I had done that first. I've been going for about 6 months but won't be anymore. Extremely dissatisfied customer is an understatement. But they won't care. Please take my advice - just go somewhere else!"
