Awful communication; no one was ever there to answer the phone and you would always have to leave a message with the answering machine. She took little care of us when we needed her assistance and when you're paying a good rate for their service, you'd expect more care. I wrote an email complaint to her and cc'd in management and didn't even get a response. Absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed that you're exorting people."
