If you require an Apostille, an official government certificate and seal issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, we can assist you in obtaining one for an additional administrative fee. This Apostille verifies the seal and signature of the Notary Public and is typically stamped onto the reverse side of a single-page document or attached to multiple-page documents.

To ensure efficient service, we operate on an appointment-only basis. Our appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. To request an appointment with Melbourne Notary Services, simply complete our online form.

For your convenience, we can also arrange an apostille or consular authentication on your behalf. Please note that this service is reserved for commercial and business clients only, and there will be an hourly rate of $650 GST for the Notary's visit.

When visiting our office, please bring the document you require notarization for. If you need to sign the document in front of the notary, make sure it remains unsigned until your appointment. If you require a certified copy, bring the original document with you.

To ensure a smooth process, please bring a form of photographic ID such as an Australian or international passport, Australian Driver License, KeyPass, or Working With Children Check. If your ID does not display your current residential address, please bring along documentation such as a utility bill that verifies your address.

Unfortunately, our Notary can only attest or certify English language documents. However, we are able to notarize university documents, with certain requirements that need to be met for degrees, awards, transcripts, certificates, and letters. If you require an Apostille or Consular Authentication for your university documents, please ensure that the document meets the necessary criteria.
