Hans Vanderstadt who has been in charge for 30 years oozes service, it is in his and his staffs DNA. This guy was so helpful to me that I was taken aback, it reminded me of days gone by. I was inquiring about some audio gear that was on sale - for my Daughters birthday. I live on Phillip Island and I mentioned that locally there was nothing to match the price or quality.
