"Our Stiebel Eltron Thermann Hybrid Heat pump HWS stoped working. We contacted Reece who put in a warranty claim with Stiebel Eltron. I contacted Rick from Costal Refrigeration at 8:00am on Tuesday 10th of January. I was so surprised that the call was answered by the owner of the company Rick. Rick explained how busy that they are this time of year . He said he’d possibly be able to get to our issue today. 20 minutes later we had a knock at the door. It was the Technician, a real friendly Welsh man. He new exactly what to do , changed over the faulty parts and was finished in around an hour. All fixed. This has been probably the best experience we’ve had from in Trade business especially for the busiest time of the year on Phillip Island. I’d highly recommend Costal Refrigeration from San Remo for any Aircon requirements and will definitely use them again. Steve Dowling."
