"On the day it seemed fine. Did have to pay $100 extra for something I figured would be part of the job anyway (cleaning some small marks off the wall). Was supposed to get a 100% guarantee with it though. Real estate agent wasn't happy with the job. Due to planned inspections went and fixed the things up myself. Lot of hassle and last minute rushing around. Not what I paid for. Was told they couldn't compensate me, don't do (partly) refunds and basically bad luck. Poor service. Would not recommend."

"To begin with, the cleaners were supposed to arrive at 930 am but instead arrived at 1030 am. Being tardy is highly unprofessional. The quality of their work is extremely poor for the prices they charge. In their quote they included steam cleaning of the carpets which is a standard procedure nowadays. The photos below display the quality of their "steam cleaning". It is poor, sloppy and plain unprofessional for the prices they charge. My agent was obviously not okay with the quality of the cleaning, so I contacted End Of Lease Cleaning Melbourne and asked them to come back and redo the steam cleaning. Instead of owning up to their poor standard of work, they adamantly told me they were unable to do anything about it and refused to re-do their service. Hilariously, they stated that the dirty carpets were due to "dust coming out from under the bed frame since they left". If you're looking for a rental vacating cleaning service, please let me advise you to look elsewhere. This company overcharges for their quality of work, you're better off taking your 500 dollars elsewhere for proper professional services."

"Incredible! Both workers were on time (even when I wasn’t) and so friendly. They did an incredible job! The house looks like new! In particular the bathrooms! The shower glass was sparkling! The oven needed some extra attention (unscrewing the glass and cleaning in there) but wow! It looked like it came right out of the shop and was just installed! So happy with their work that I came on to leave a review and they haven’t even left yet. If I wasn’t moving interstate I would book them again. Highly recommend! Great price and INCREDIBLE quality!
