As you enter our clinic, you will find hand sanitiser at the entry point, which we kindly request all patients to use. To maintain social distancing, we have reduced the number of chairs in our waiting room, allowing for ample space between patients. Additionally, we are limiting the number of non-essential individuals in the clinic, so we kindly ask that family members or carers do not enter with the patient.

Upon arrival for your appointment, please note that the front door will be closed. We kindly request that you call us at 5922 4900, and our staff will ensure a smooth entry into the clinic. Please note that appointments and queries are currently being handled exclusively by phone. Walk-ins without an appointment will not be permitted entry.

"My mother had an appointment with Dr tan, as we are aware these appointments are not cheap. Dr tan mentioned mum's cataracts is to difficult for her to operate on, which is fine however they did not help my mother with another appointment with another specialist in Melbourne. Once we found our own specialist you'd think pakenham eye clinic could send any relevant information to the new specialist. But unfortunately my mother has to go and do another hour and half appointment with someone new costing her more and more money. Her cataract is far to gone therefore she must have surgery early and not be on a waiting list for 12 months."
