"I went to the store looking to replace my broken converse. Right when we got in to the store, one of the staff (Chloe) greeted us with a cheerful smile. She assisted us accommodated us and help us find the right size. As it gets busy, another staff (Ben) assisted us with a charming smile to find the right fit and suggested good recommendations. He helped us out all the way through until we found the good pair. at the checkouts, (Trinity) is very nice and lovely lady to talk to. She processed all the things we needed very quick. Overall, the experience was fantastic and the staff are overall amazing. I would definitely recommend shopping at this converse store. "I often shop at converse and this time around was the best experience I've had there in a long time. Credit to Cameron for the service he offered from start to finish!!! He went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed for myself and kids. He also spoke with Derrick from southwarf who had a size shoe I needed and it was no issue putting it aside for me to pick up the next day. Derrick the next day was just as great to deal with!!! This level of service is next to non existent these days. Awesome job guys!"
