"I booked for bond cleaning on 10th December 2021 but these guys did spot cleaning and charged me for bond bond cleaning. I did not go to check the house and I sent recepire to my real estate agent and wait to get my bond back but they didn’t respond so I emailed them and this is what they explained to me Hi Pratibha, As discussed, the owners have requested a further clean to the carpets as the high traffic arrears are still dirty. The owners have done a test patch and can see that the dirt will come up. They also found the kitchen floors to still be dirty. Please feel free to share this email with the cleaners you enlisted. We are happy to chat with them and assist in arranging access for them to reattend. Feel free to call me in the meantime if you need anything further. Best Wishes, So I called them and they said I will talk with my business partner and they never called me back so I messaged and called them several times but never get back to me so if you guys can see this review then get back to me and if I did not get refund or job done the I have to go to relative department who listens to Thank you"
