Reviews
"Unprofessional, embarrassing and disgusting service. The administrative staff fail to understand confidentiality, respect and basic human decency. I have never been to a clinic that is inconsistent in their service. Monash, fix your staff along with the other reviews. Otherwise you will keep burning client like myself and potentially cause issues for your clients if they cannot access healthcare services in a professional and accessible manner. With that said, I could not fault the Doctors and their service."
"My recent visit to Monash university health services left much to be desired. The clinic's time management was seriously lacking, as I had to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. When I finally got to meet the doctor, the rushed consultation lasted a mere 5 minutes. It felt as if they were more interested in getting through appointments quickly than addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, the doctor abruptly left the room without allowing any time for questions or clarification. This experience left me feeling disregarded and frustrated. I would caution others to consider alternative options for their medical needs, as MUHS clearly falls short in terms of patient care and attention."
"Amidst my rush of trying to get in touch with the doctor to fill out my compliance form as discussed through a phone appointment and not receiving any emails, the lovely reception team worked swiftly and diligently to communicate with the doctor and fulfilled my request by the next morning. Thanks team!"
"The place has a rating of 2.2, that speaks volumes about the situation. Still let me share it. The receptionist is outright rude. Seems like not interested to work. She was on phone visa wireless headphone. I started talking and she could have politely told that she is on phone but she said "people start talking when you are on phone". While booking the appointment I was told that they will pass the bill to the health insurance company. But after the appointment she said you have to pay and then claim. After I insisted, she took my health insurance details and did the job. The place should hire some young people who are willing to work seriously."
"Absolute the worst, receptionists were friendly and nice. However the waiting time for the GP is insane, most of my appointments are late ranging from 15-45 minutes. some GPs are nice like Mrs Angeline or Dr Keith highly recommend them. Dr Ng and Dr steven Ho is horrible, no genuine care about patient at all. Especially Dr Ng , his attitude is the worst I have ever seen, like for a human being in general, not to mention he is a doctor."
