"I just completed the four day silent meditation retreat that Aruna ran and hands down the best thing I've done in a while. There's just so many positives of the event - no distractions (switched off from the world), the scenic location, the delicious vegetarian food that Caity cooked up and most importantly the time, space and support one has to focus on meditation and mindfulness.
