"The only star I’m giving is for the staff that has served me until today. Been their customer for almost 1 year. For context- I’ve always been on time for the appointments and was usually made to wait 5-10mins based on how the previous appointments have been. The one time I was running 5-7mins late, and I called to let them know just in case - the staff who picked up the phone ‘Steff’ - was very rude and denied me or my appointment. When I asked how much time you reserve for one appointment- kept on wandering around the point that she can’t let me take this appointment. So I asked again- now she said 10mind to which I questioned how is that you guys always make the person wait 5-10mind anyway. Had no answer Zero on customer service. The least you expect is empathy and kind words. But nothing. I was going to renew my services for another year with you guys. But won’t ever come back. Please teach your staff how to talk to clients. They have an attitude which is not going to help you retain clients. ----- Re- the reply: I am not denying that I was running 5-10 mins. The problem is your attitude and simply acknowledging that you would or could work on your customer service and be a bit more "friendly" and less rude. Your long reply is a proof of that -you're not open to improvements."

"I come a get laser done at this clinic every couple of months. I had Amina do my session last time I was in and she made me feel really comfortable. She did a fantastic job on not missing too many spot. Would definitely recommend to book in with her if possible."

"I had good experience in this clinic. Laser hair removal showed good results just after 1 session. Looking forward for more. LED blue and yellow light therapy didn't work on skin as I have very severe inflammation and acne however I liked the way they treated my skin and provided me good knowledge about my own skin."

"Don’t bother visiting this Clinic. Waste of time & money. They dont bother to notify you if the specialist you booked the appointment with is not available or something changes (only when it suits them). Every time they work in different ways and that’s why I don’t prefer working under multiple therapists. Considering you book your session with a specific therapist. They randomly change that without notifying you. When it suits them they’ll call you reschedule you. And if a person is even 3-4mins offer the appointment time they would cancel you. Happened multiple times that i booked my session with the same person and when i get there they tend to make me wait for 10-12 mins and then tell me “that person” is unavailable. Also, they all work in different ways and they force you with 6 session (with not a lot of difference to be seen) and then you’re forcefully left to book another 4-6more sessions to see long term results. WHAT A WASTE!!"
