"Came in over the weekend and asked for a size 9 pair of boots she came back with a size 10 and didn't realise until I got home called first thing Monday morning asking if I could exchange them to which she said she would get back to me but didn't Called the following day and spoke to another lady and explained my situation as was met with nothing but rudeness and attitude .
