"The worst experience I had for laser removal. I have been doing it for years in France and Japan, always had wonderful results. At this clinic, no records of the previous session, no disinfectant left in the bottle, inexperienced staff… and most of all no results. Even worst, got heaps of spots and bad skin."

"I had laser in this clinic twice, and unfortunately each time I had to ask for another set of protection sunnies because the current ones were completely damaged and dirty. This is protection that customers should put on their face & hair, it’s dissapointing that in a place where people go for skin treatments you can get something like this to put on your face. I asked for another pair and was told that they can’t give me any other pair, so I have to put a paper in between sunnies and my skin."

Don’t go there. unprofessional and low service, the consultation was basic the therapist didn't look on the area I want to get the treatment, just asked the same questions from the form which I already filled. The treatment was awful, the therapist doesn't know what areas she needs to be done and didn't look before she started on my skin or the hair just did all the same power level although I have difference between hair growth and she wasn’t thorough keep skip on parts She did everything hastily and without attention. In addition to all this I've been charged more than I told when I booked my appointment."
