"To miss Ashley , we have offered all possible solutions to resolve the dispute but you were unwilling to take them. And no deposit from you and we are not sure you still want to proceed. Your first booking you didn't confirm with us as well thus we didn't put you on diary , and netiher there is deposit put in in second booking. We wish you all the best at other place :) Opps it seems you are unhappy at other place as well :) To Mr Stuart, We can fully understand how you feel. First of all, yelling on the phone doesn't help to solve the dispute. Secondly if you look at my operating hours, we have never ever opened the clinic in Prahran on Thursday afternoon. If we don't, for what reason we want to put you in for Thursday afternoon. For your wife, English is her second language, this can be the misunderstanding during her call for booking. Since you keep yelling on the phone and keep insisting we are wrong, we can't do anything to solve this matter in a proper way. Wish you all the best."
"I've been twice now. Isaac's fees are very competitive and the room feels much less clinical and sterile than the imaging chains. He takes his time and doesn't skimp on the pictures."

"Excellent quality scans. Isaac is friendly however theres a slight sense of being rushed. A good thing is the guarantee on getting a good shot. If this doesnt happen you can come back again."
"WARNING...Had my appointment not booked correctly for one date and then cancelled the day prior for my second booking as not enough people were booked for that session and didn't want to travel for 2 women. Staff member got quite aggressive and condecenting via SMS after being questioned as to why they contradict their own advice for timing when they made a mistake about the booking. Told best to have scan at 30-32 weeks but when they failed to keep the two bookings they then said 34-36 weeks is fine but might not be enough fluid. Booked in luckily at another company at last minute which has been so professional. I would not recommend Amazing Scan as there is too much risk involved and because of the way I have been made to feel by staff (I wish I could attach text messages received from Amazing Scan to warn others)."
