"Worst experience. Order uniform 6weeks ago and pay on the spot as the lady says this secures the uniform. Nah no call no updates. Call them and say 1 size is in stock, but she is busy so can't help. Why pick up the phone why you can't serve. Ok pop in the store. Pick up one size and won't allow you to have an extra coz every "deserves" a uniform. They are not free. So a customer that paid doesn't deserve it? And she claims coz we had a set already at home we don't need the second set. So are you doing the washing everyday?"

"The customer service I received was extremely appalling and degrading. The management owes me an apology. I am writing this review in the hopes of improving their customer service. It's important to remember that this is just a uniform shop, and not army camp." I would appreciate it if someone from the management could contact me to discuss the details of the poor customer service issue. When I realized that I had been given the wrong winter sock by one of the store staff, I approached them to return it. However, I was treated poorly and in a demeaning manner despite being informed that the sock could be returned. It's bewildering that someone with such a poor customer service mentality oversees the store. This issue needs to be addressed, and the management should apologize to me."

"We had such lovely service during what must be absolute madness with the first week back at school. These ladies work under very stressful circumstances and receive a lot of negative feedback from equally frustrated parents. Kindness goes a long way."

"Very disappointing customer service. I was there today and there were 4 workers one customer walked in before me and he got served by one of the girls I stood there to wait my turn one worker after finishing a purchase told me one second she goes off to the other 2 ladies that work there and starts chatting with them. I waited for at least 10 to 15 mins where all I needed was one pair of pants while 3 of them did a one women job. The one that told me she will be a second never came back remind you there was only 2 people in store. Their customers come first is a total lie, I could of got the pants myself and paid for it by the time anyone served me. Very rude and poor customer service! This isn’t the first time I had bad experience there either. When I was first purchasing uniform for my daughter I told the lady what sizes I needed and every time she kept bringing me the wrong sizes it was frustrating and totally a waste of my time. They should really consider changing their employees. No wonder they have a sign up saying that customers should treat the employees with respect where as the workers have zero respect are rude and completely don’t listen. Practice what you preach!"
