Personally, when I visited her today as a patient, I just loved her friendly manner and consideration. I thoroughly appreciated when she gave me additional health information, providing me step by step instructions towards my care. After my consultation, I have learned several strategies from her and now I feel confident with management while waiting for surgery. "We are so fortunate to have access to a medical professional of this standard. Dr Yang and her surgical team were exemplary. At the initial pre op consultation, Dr Yang was extremely empathic to accommodate a procedure schedule request due to carers responsibilities. Dr Yang was reassuring prior to the procedure and even with a very, very full operating schedule, kindly took the time to visit in the recovery ward to communicate her initial findings. In the post op consultation, Dr Yang explained the results with patience and professionalism, happy to answer all questions. She also caringly alerted to symptoms to be watchful for. Her administration team then efficiently claimed all appropriate rebates electronically to expedite receipt of benefit payment refunds. "I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Vivian exhibited unprofessional and unkind behavior. Rushed discussions and she insisted that she gave an MRI request letter when she did not, and it was previously agreed that we would hold off on it - refused to discuss further. Waste of time and money. The receptionists are exceptional and welcoming though."

"Charged me $200 for a follow up check up that only lasted for less than 5 minutes. I was charged $270 for the initial consultation that lasted for 5 minutes. She was just reading the ultrasound report which a GP can also perform. Total waste of money! Total rip off!"

"I had to travel to see her but it wasn’t worth it. Talk for Less than 3 mins without passion and sympathy and charged $300 and prescribed simple medicines that gp can do. So if you have other specialist near you, I recommend to see them. It’s disappointing that she has not professional attitude towards patients as a doctor."
