They are completely understanding when l have to cancel an appointment and always helpful to reschedule at my request. Offering a priority appointment at another persons cancellation. "Worst experience ever. House run business , cash cow for Medicare patient. Staff is not at all accommodating and very unprofessional. When you book, reception always lie and say they are booked out to show themselves busy. Clinic is mostly close, no fixed opening time."

The receptionist is friendly and accommodating for bookings over the phone (even last minute on some occasions). All physio treatment for back issues (having a desk job) and legs/ankle has been thorough and concise. I have often been given exercises to deter further injury too! Highly recommend this clinic for their level of service and care!"
