We understand the importance of affordable healthcare, which is why we have recently made the decision to transition to a mixed billing practice starting from September 15th, 2022. Unfortunately, the current Medicare rebates no longer cover the increasing costs associated with providing the high-quality medical care that we strive to deliver. This change in our billing structure will allow us to continue offering the level of care our patients deserve.

We want to reassure our patients that we will continue to bulk bill certain services for ACTIVE patients from 9am to 5.45pm, Monday to Friday. We are constantly reassessing our billing structure to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality, affordable care possible.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we also want to emphasize the importance of wearing a mask, even if you don't have any symptoms. Wearing a mask is crucial in protecting yourself and others around you when you are out and about. We all have a part to play in controlling the spread of COVID-19, so please remember to maintain social distancing, especially in busy areas. Taking small steps can make a big difference in minimizing the risk of infection.

In addition to our comprehensive medical services, we are also an Australian Clinical Labs (formerly Healthscope) collection centre, providing convenient access to pathology services.
