"Very professional team and teachers, unlike other natural therapy schools in Melbourne, which are full of office politics, don't go there!"
"Have purchased a few short corses and have just started one. Only a few pages in and have already come across several careless spelling mistakes, some which change the meaning of the sentence. Doesn't fill me with confidence. The content also does not work properly on a tablet. You are unable to scroll down far enough to click the continue button. Regretful purchase"
"Extremely disappointing, overpriced, poor education, and cares more about money than their students. I began studying with endeavour college in 2021, I completed a Diploma in Health Science and half a bachelor’s degree of Health Science (Naturopathy). Endeavour is significantly overpriced, and poorly run which led to a lack of care and support for students. It seemed the college cared much more about making money than providing students with the support and resources we needed. On top of this the education itself was also appalling. After I’d had enough of this I withdrew from my course and didn’t receive any follow up as to why I withdrew which made it clear they simply just don’t care. Throughout my studies they did not allow me to have access to my academic transcript so when I contacted them to receive it, I had to pay an administration fee, and postage fee even though they had never sent me my own results in the first place. I also had to contact them about getting access to the subject outlines from the subjects I had completed since I no longer had access to the LMS. I was then again forced to pay more fees for a simply email with these documents which took them over 2 weeks to send me. You’d think after paying almost $30,000 for 1.5 years of education they could provide a better service and no additional fees."
"Do not recommend studying here. The admin were anti-vax apologists during the pandemic, dishonest about the future of the course I was enrolling in leading to wasted units/money, and ultimately inflexible and ableist enough to make it impossible for me to continue my degree, despite my history of very high grades. A waste of years and $$$. If you want to study TCM or other natural medicines, choose a public uni where there is more accountability. Some of the lecturers are very skilled, knowledgeable, kind and conscientious, but others do the bare minimum, have disturbingly warped ideas of consent, or don't have a solid understanding of the content they proclaim to be teaching."
"Had an interview with them and they couldn't even get Microsoft Teams implemented properly to facilitate the interview. They don't offer any workplace flexibility for staff and they don't contact people who interview with them if they are unsuccessful. Proof is in the pudding, their students and staff pay the price for such a poorly run organisation! I can see why their reviews are so bad!!"
