Even through lockdowns any online order I needed or wanted they assisted without a hiccup. Their diverse range of clothes and sneakers has never disappointed. I have equally found that their in-store experience combined with the knowledge and training the staff seem to have when it comes to styling ensures I have never been disappointed. I recommended countless people to shop here and I will continue to do so in the future."

"I and my gf had very very bad shopping experience at the Incu Chadstone store on Friday. The staff was rude and not patient because our English was not good and influential. I am your store VIP customer and spent a lot money on your store. But your staff treated your loyal customer badly and rudely. On Friday afternoon I bought one pair of Air Jordan 1 High GS 7Y for my gf. At night time, when I waited for my gf to finish her work, I found they also had Air Jordan 1 High Men size. So I wanted to buy a pair for myself but the staff rejected to sell it to me and told me I had bought one pair this afternoon and it is one pair per person. But they were totally different shoes, one pair of shoes is $170 other pair of shoes is $250. When I wanted to explain they are different shoes, the staff always interrupted me because my English was not influent. And I had to accept that. Later, I came with my gf to the store and my gf told the staff she wanted to buy the Air Jordan 1 Men size in her name (she didn't buy any of this color of air jordan 1 before). But the staff still rejected her to buy the shoes and this time the reason he gave us is that one couple one pair and this is Incu Police. His attitude was very tough. When we wanted to say something, he always interrupted us because our English is not fluent and said that is our bigger manager's decision. And at the same time, I saw someone paid two pairs of Air Jordan 1 Men Size (Same shoes that I wanted to buy) in one card and one transaction. Why your staff treated customers differently? Just because another customer is caucasian and can speak English fluently? Your manager was very rude, and I don't understand how he can be a manager in that big store. Very very bad experience."

"The red dyed hair girl is absolutely mean. No customer interaction. I came to pick up my online order and they couldn’t find mine. After they found, she was like pushing a bag to me at the counter then walked away. Maybe she needs a day off, look tired"

"Just had the worst customer service and shopping experience at Incu Chadstone on Sunday 25th of June at 5:45pm. I was interested in purchasing a Sandy Liang jacket but was greeted with nothing but derision and distain from 2 of your female Caucasian sales associates. They were nearby me the entire time I was browsing and offered zero assistance. Not only were they conversing amongst themselves the entire time and ignoring me, but when they finally decided to acknowledge my presence, it was to make a mockery of me. I was looking for a mirror when the brunette greeted me after having been in the store for 15 minutes already. I greeted her back with jacket in hand and turned away as I located a mirror. However, the moment I turned, I heard her making snide comments about me to her coworker, saying things such as "just trying to say hi" and "what's her issue" in a condescending tone. When I turned back to look, she was rolling her eyes at me and snickering to her colleague. This encounter left me extremely uncomfortable and upset. I have never been treated with such arrogance before and have always had a pleasant experience at the QV Incu. I am very disappointed in the complete disregard for customer service here."
