I have never come across staff who went all out for a customer at Sportsgirl probably because most of the time I went at peak hours. Jess offered to assist with steam ironing the size 6 of the top she got from the storeroom as there was none on display. "Service was deplorable!!!!! Zero vibe instore, definitely not how I remember Sportsgirl!!!! I chose a pair of shoes and stood there for about 10 minutes. Nobody could be bothered to help. Store wasn't busy at all. I had to ask for my size and the assistant glared at me, took her time to retrieve the shoes from the back room and said "here".
