We have ensured that our supply chain for large custom orders is BCCI and SEDEX compliant, meaning they undergo rigorous social, environmental, and ethical audits. The production time for your orders may vary depending on the product, size, and complexity. While some orders may take 1-2 weeks, others may take 6-8 weeks. Please note that the lead time does not include shipping.

To ensure the best service, we have minimum order quantities for our products. Generally, this is 25 per style for garments, which can be split across sizes. If you require different prints, an additional 25 would be needed.

Please be aware that there may be setup costs for printing or embroidering a new logo on some products. However, if the minimum order quantities are met for our custom garments, we do not charge any setup fees.

To initiate the production process, a 50% deposit is required. The full payment must be made before the apparel is dispatched.

For design requirements, we request vector-based Adobe Illustrator, PDF, or EPS files. However, we can accept JPGs for CMYK printing. We offer a complimentary one-hour design service for customers who have paid a deposit for a production order. Any additional design work is charged at $30 per hour.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of production, we may be able to accommodate your request.
