"What a lovely place for family picnic. Dam is full, thanks to all the rainfall over last 6 months or so. This has resulted in a nice thick water fall. Great place for a walk over the dam wall and wonderful pictures of blue water."

"We were passing through B360 Maroondah Hwy, and noticed that there is a dam. We really enjoyed the place. There is no facility or coffee shop. Toilets weren't clean. And the signs toward the dam wall are not very well placed. But in overall it worth to stop by and visit this place because of nature."

"A great view from the dam. A small walk from parking and you will get an amazing view of the water. The autumn colors were great and made the place really great. Other than dam I didn’t see much to visit around. But a nice and big picnic area with BBQ is a great way to spend some time with kids and family."

Following driving directions to “Maroondah dam wall” will only take you to the lookout and a restricted road."
