"Yesterday my son and I were looking for a comfortable shoe to last hours for his work. We were served by a young man named Bardia and I was suprised how excellent his service was on the day. He was busy with other people and at the same time I was throwing (not literally throwing) shoes at him one after the other, can you get me this size get me this shoe, many shoes I asked for sizes and he did it so calmly and quickly whilst he still helped others. I also noticed that he kept the area clean with so many shoes I gave him. He also didn't even roll his eye or showed aggitated emotion or frustration towards me and my son whilst under pressure from being so busy and my son and I constantly giving him shoes. Most sales assistants get uptight when their service gets difficult or stressful, but Bardia just kept smiling and carried out his service to perfection. I never ever came across any sales person like Bardia. Finding out from his manager that he only been working there 3 weeks I was shocked at what great job he did with little experience, he truly delvered an amazing service and my son and I are an extremely happy customers. Williams are very lucky to have him. I think I will not want to go anywhere else to shop for shoes now."
