"Absolutely amazing staff! I shop here almost every week. Suzanna,Bella and Susan are all very lovely women. I love you all"
"I walked into your store today and there was no sign of the store closing for the day. The roller doors were not half closed and there was other customers in the store. I walked in before 5pm. I was looking at a coat that I wanted to buy as I saw it online and wanted to try it on, however your staff member which appeared to be a senior staff member approached us saying “the store is now closed” and then proceeded to pull down the roller door. I then asked her how she expected us to get out when the the door was closed abruptly! She then stated “I just want to go home, I have been here long enough”. My sister in law was also looking to buy a couple of tops. Honestly there is a number of ways she could have conveyed the message but she chose the rudest option! Seriously disgusted that people think it’s acceptable to be rude like this for no reason! Your team need some education on how to speak to people!"
"Went into the Plenty Valley store today with my sister in law and we got kicked out by a more senior looking sales assistant. The time had not even turned 5pm yet, we had walked in not realising it was just before 5pm only to have the door pulled down behind us and be told they were closed, followed by quote: " I just want to go home, ive been here long enough". Highly disappointing not to mention unprofessional. I shop at Decjuba very frequently and this has turned me off. Not how you treat good customers. I have been in retail for many years previously and the right way to approach a client who comes in close to closing time is to acknowledge them, see if they need any help and then give a friendly notice that the store would be closing soon but they're welcome to have a quick look. That's the polite way of telling a customer store is almost closed. Shame Decjuba, your staff need some training on appropriate customer service skills."
"Bought 2 Puffer Jackets from another store but went to Plenty Valley to try on a smaller size. Beth and Bianca were both on early this morning Explained my situation...they were so helpful and understanding. Even asked them for their opinion. Was extremely happy with their services. Will be shopping on this store from now on. Also just spoke to Sarah .. so nice Old fashion Customer Service"
"I just went to Decjuba Plenty Valley to buy dress for my wife, however, we only stayed there for couple of minute as we my wife changed her mind and we walked off the store. As we were walking out of the store, for some reason it beeped and as usual I thought there was some fault and I made my way to other shops however my wife was just behind me and she stopped at the shop and trying to talk to the sell person as it was bit awkward in the mean time young middle eastern lady came and talked so rude and she behaved as we were shop lifters. She was about to run after me even though my wife was still there trying to cooperate and then I have realised my wife was tinging me on my mobile then I turn back and saw them at the front door of the shop. I then came back and that lady was trying to search my bag in my shopping trolley, it was just ridiculous how someone can steal in a minute and run, and other thing we are neither thieve nor shop lifters, I am NDIs support coordinator and my wife is RN. We do decent jobs and just prior going to that shop we spent $320 in Bevilles and nearly $100 in KMart. I just can not believe how rude people can be, peraon like her should not be working there as sells person at all. It is just not acceptable at all. Finally, we felt bit better with the approach of other middle aged sells person who really came up and explained better, her approach was appreciated. People should be more sensible to deal with client. That middle eastern women needs to develop lot of skills and to change her personality as it will come back and bite in their back... so rude, will never go back there again, do not recommend anyone to shop there again."
