"I'm giving this pace a 5 star rating based on my past experiences here. I have been shopping here for many years now for the 5 members in my family. I have had exceptional and wonderful experiences every single time. The staff in the past have been nothing but outstanding and have given me exemplary customer service. Today was just a horrible experience. I went there today 27/01/23 around 4pm to the DFO store in Moorabbin. I first approached a young guy since I was having problems finding the right size shoes. This young guy was so disinterested in being there. He just stood there staring at the computer while chewing gum while I was speaking to him. All he gave me was one word answers. Another tall girl was busy stacking the shelves so I can understand her situation. There was another young girl wearing a burqa who actually showed interest in not just me but all the other customers. She helped me out in the end with the sale. I paid a decent amount so I don't think I'm asking for much other than some good customer service. I understand that this was just a one off experience so it won't stop me from going back but perhaps the staff need to atleast show some interest in their customers since the owner actually pays them to look after their customers. "Hello there I just visited Skechers Moorabbin DFO store. There were 5-6 staffs none of them attending customers and if people have query also don’t want to help them fully. Also 2 boys launched behind the counter about customer inquiries. I spent almost 30 mins and about to spend $200 in store but because of not helpful staff I left. Only 1 girl was helping here and there. I always buy Skechers for my family, you can see my account there is email given but after this experience I feel not to go even in store. Thank you"

"What an amazing service I had today, I need to mention Sarah who had amazing customer service skills. I been searching for a couple of weeks now for a particular shoe and she not only knew the range well, she made very suitable suggestions, actually heard what I wanted and needed, didn’t suggest anything that I didn’t ask for, really tried to problem solve it and was very honest with me. I really appreciate that! I finally decided on a particular shoe I was interested but colour I wanted, there weren’t any left in my size. She went out her way to make sure I can get a pair and rang around for me to reserve one in another store. Multitasked as it was busy, impressive. Thank you!"

"Boom, boom, boom music coming from store speakers. I can't hear what my wife say to me. Asking staff to reduce volume 3 times but nothing happens. Looks like this store is designed for very young people. All staff very young. I like your shoes Skechers but this extremely loud music is over the top. After 10 minutes (Saturday 27 March 1.30pm) we left the store and we go to another store and spend few hundred dollars on shoe's. What kind of management is in this store? I think next time when we need new shoes we will be thinking about this experience."
