"Looked at fila return policy online, criteria did not mention a receipt. When I went in store, they would not issue a refund without receipt, though it was a gift. Even when I came with a receipt, they could only issue to original card. Anyway, I think their 2 star rating will deter customers beyond this rating."

"Sales women surely need training about how to deal with customers politely and effectively. I went to Fila store around 1 o clock today. The sales women were too rude with me. I told her to clean the fitting room as it had alots of hangers and clothes sitting in there already. She was so rude and refused to do that- very confronting. Saw her backbitting with her colleagues. Really worse service I have ever got. Definitely not going there."
"Worst experience ever in my whole life and by looking at other customer reviews, it seems like I am not the only one. Dear management your sales team seriously need some customer service training (at least this particular immatured young girl). It is sad to see how this particular sales girl act when I was trying to find the right shoes. Worst part is she was confronting and had no manners, asking me to do her job. She is definitely in the wrong job. Glad there was atleast one staff member who was polite and atleast apologies."
