"In all my time heading down to this spotlight(which is many) I have always been met with unhappy staff. Now they are fine to deal with besides the odd one or two, however I get the sense that there is poor management huddle behind the shops facade. They are always bickering and bitching about eachother, yup in front of customers. A fine shop to go to for supplies, but it's not a nice place to go. I had a terrible experience when I had my newborn child, that left me in tears and another woman helping me, because they just have an attitude of 'I don't care, not my job' Anyway, I hope something shifts in this place and the staff become happier and more helpful."
"Had the worst customer service of my life at Frankston Spotlight. My balloon order was incorrectly completed. When pointing this out they were incredibly nasty to myself and continued to make the point it was a big inconvenience to them. Will never be shopping here again. So rude !!!!"
"Still waiting on an answer from 2 weeks ago wouldn't replace a faulty product even with proof of purchase was told I'd get a call back from manager but I highly doubt that's happening. Australian consumer law means proof of purchase is good enough for faulty goods. Next time I'm in store I'll directly ask to speak to manager as I am a store manager myself sometimes it is the only way to get an answer."
