"Amazing customer service. I have been in here twice and both times the staff have be absolutely lovely and very helpful. The first time I went in was to return an online purchase and although it was busy -school holidays- the staff worked hard attending to everyone. The refund was easy. Today I went in again and the staff member came up to me as soon as I came in to offer help, i said I needed to update the shoes I was wearing and he knew exactly which one they were and quickly got the size I was after. Super helpful."
"I bought a pair of Gowalk yesterday. I was served by Christine who was just amazing considering under how much pressure she was, as she was on her own in the store. She was literally serving around 4-5 customers at the same time so smoothly. So 5 stars to Christine but 1 star to Skechers for overstretching staff. At least 2 staff, is the bare minimum that you need in any workplace in case of incident."
"Skechers Maribyrnong is a well stocked store which has a good selection of walking running and leisure wear shoes. If they haven’t got the shoes in stock in your size when you’re in the store you can have it ordered and it will be delivered to your home delivery free of charge, you just need to pay for the shoes when you’re placing the order. The staff of friendly and helpful and the store is nicely presented and well-kept. The store is quite convenient location just inside the shopping center from the main car park."
"Worse customer service and worse staff behaviour ever. The store is on level 3 of Highpoint center and the man staff behaved very rude. If he doesnt want to work just quit, find another job please. We are the customer, what did we do to deserve like this. He just destroy my day with that kind of behavior. Never come back this store."
