The lady was very friendly and nice and then the store called back as one of the guys from customer service told them to call me and the lady from the store who phoned me back was very nice and friendly. "Came in not knowing my shoe size as footlocker staff weren’t so happy that I didn’t know it off by heart but as soon as I walked into nike they were more than amazing. Between Row serving me and helping me with my size and then Saja being so kind at the counter, it had to be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a shoe store. "What an experience I had in this store. This was my first time ever going into a Nike store. I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest staff member with the biggest smile her energy just radiated onto myself and my sister. I had just come from footlocker which was a horrible experience. I came in for a new pair of shoes as I'm going away to the UK (currently at the airport as we speak) I said to the young lady I feel overwhelmed." She said, "Don't be overwhelmed.
