"Tried on a bulls top I wanted, but they didn't have my size. I could have gone to another store to grab my size, but was told they can send it over to highpoint, which was more convenient for me. I was told it'll take 3-4 days... 2 weeks later I receive a call to say my tops in, but had a rip at the back. I went in to have a look, this was a clean cut above the stitching and not repairable. I was offered a 10% discount for rubbish. I'm not happy firstly that I had to wait for something I could have just bought from culture kings, I'm not happy that someone cut the t-shirt with a cutter while opening the boxes, and certainly not happy with 10% discount for something that is not repairable. I might as well pay full price for item that's not rubbish."
