"Disappointed customer service. It felt like I wasn’t welcomed in there the moment I stepped into the showroom. Spoke to one of the lady( don’t know her name) told her we had appointment organised through my kitchen renovation company and I even mentioned the name of the company we going for, wasn’t so pleased and told us there’s no booking. Overall experience wasn’t too pleasant. Normally I don’t leave negative review unless I actually experience a bad customer service."

"I have Dekton in my laundry, bathroom and kitchen areas and I can safely say that it is well worth the price tag. It not only looks incredible, but it is hard wearing and cleans beautifully. I will absolutely be using this product for future projects. The show room located in Heatherton have also been fantastic, allowing for samples to be taken (and decent sizes too!) as well as having a beautiful display area of available products."

"We just installed your Dekton Zenith at our new house in Melbourne. The kitchen bench top cracked before we even moved in - it was a complete shock - nothing was even dropped on it. Very disappointed to hear that you don’t cover cracks in your warranties. If you are selling such a high end product you should be willing to stand behind it. I will not recommend your product to anyone and will be looking to a different product as a replacement. Extremely poor service."
