I told him my 4 year old self harms, he can’t speak, he can’t go to the toilet, he doesn’t understand social cues many many many more and he dismissed me with that my son is “immature”. I implied I’m a lazy mum and it’s all nothing. 3 months later I find out what I knew he is infact autistic and now getting the help he needs. I don’t think he should be a dr working with children with that attitude."
"This Doctor charges a whooping $200 extra fee for children with Autism. I am taking this into the autism spectrum.org.au . Never have I ever been told my child would cost more for a Paediatrician visit or any other specialist. I don't care if the doctor is a professor, that was the reason given to me when I asked why he charges more for children on the spectrum."
