"Following recent knee surgery and not being able to travel to regular GP, saw Dr Janice Tan at the Centre for a post op review. An absolute gem of a GP, great manner, totally professional and a great local find. Excellent booking system via Hotdoc an added bonus."
"I have been going to this medical centre for over 8 yrs now and its near impossible to see a doctor within a week. I was hold for 20 mins. And all the receptionist was worried about was payment. That was $25 for a phone call midweek...Their website booking says 9 days for next appointment ! Hopefully I've recovered by then."
"I booked a telephone consultation as I have flu like symptoms as they will not see you face to face. Then I am told by the receptionist who was not helpful at all , because I haven't attended the clinic in the last 12 months, I cannot do a telephone consultation. Shame on me for not getting sick more often. Then further to this, I have to pay $75 because they will not bulk bill. I told the receptionist I will have to go somewhere else and without the slightest hesitation, she stated "OK" and hung up the phone. I have been going there for around 6 years and this is how I am treated? Just rude and no customer service support at all."
"The doctors at this medical centre are very helpful and caring. Unfortunately the reception is not accommodating or understanding. My son has been attending the medical centre since he was a baby and I went to seek medical attention at midday for him and was told no booking available so I said I'm happy to wait and was told to come back tomorrow. Obviously seeking help for your child is important but this place doesn't seem to understand that and the service i have received lately is very poor. The management need to address the current level of service being offered to the community. Its unfortunate"
