If you are new to Flamenco, join us every Tuesday afternoon from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM for a beginner's workshop. Please wear a small heeled shoe and feel free to wear a Flamenco skirt or dress. Limited availability, so make sure to book early.

For those with some experience in Flamenco, our intermediate workshop is held every Thursday from 6 PM to 7 PM. Limited space is available, so be sure to secure your spot in advance.

If you're interested in trying out Tap dancing, our beginner's workshop is perfect for adults. Held every Friday from 1 PM to 2 PM, this workshop provides an easy and fun introduction to the world of Tap dancing. Please wear dress shoes or tap shoes if you have them. For those looking to strengthen, tone, and increase flexibility, we offer a Tone and Stretch class for adults. Held every Tuesday from 10 AM to 11 AM, this 10-week workshop requires you to bring a yoga mat and hand weights. If you'd like to stay for a relaxing meditation after class, please bring something warm to wear, such as a blanket and pillow. Can't make it to our physical location? No worries! We also offer online Zumba and Chair Zumba classes. Dance your way to fitness from the comfort of your own home with our 1-hour Zumba Gold class recording or 30-minute Chair Zumba recording.
